Eligibility for Returns

Exchange Process

If you want to exchange a product:

• Product must be in original condition
• Exchange subject to stock availability
• No additional charges for same-value exchange
• Price difference applies for upgrades

Refund Policy

For COD orders:

• Refunds processed within 7-10 business days
• Bank transfer to your provided account
• Original shipping charges non-refundable
